Summer Asana Practice

Yoga is a combination of physical, mental, and spiritual practices that originated in ancient India.
In our weekly yoga class, we practice Hatha Yoga which heals the body and mind through a flowing series of asana and guided relaxation. All movement is coordinated with conscious breathing and meditation.
Alongside working our muscles and joints, yoga helps our organs and energy meridians. Consistent practice offers numerous benefits, including: increased flexibility, strength, concentration, confidence, stamina, vitality, composure, self and spiritual awareness.
 During this hot season, join us for a cooling practice!

Morning Yoga
Tuesdays 9:00 to 10:30am
Fridays 9:00 to 10:30am

Fall Kids Yoga
Wednesdays 3:30 to 4:30pm (Elementary School)
Wednesdays 4:45 to 6:00pm (Secondary School)

Drop-in: $18.00; 5 classes: $80.00; 10 classes: $150.00; 20 classes: $280.00
Kids classes: $150.00 (September 4 to November 20); Sibling discount: $10 per child

Please wear comfortable clothing and remove your watch and jewelry. Try not to eat at least 2-3 hours before class.
If possible, drink only water and no other liquids during this time.
