Monthly New Moon Yoga Nidra Practice

During the New Moon our creativity and intention setting ability is at its highest. We will each create our personal visualization through guided imagery in a deeply relaxed state. This practice helps reduce stress and anxiety, as well as improves our capacity to sleep and self-heal. Please be prepared with a comfortable pillow and blanket on your yoga mat.
